KEYNOTE: Joeri van den Steenhoven, The Infrastructure of social innovation – roles and responsibilities

Joeri van den Steenhoven is a globally known expert in social innovation and system change. He is an advisor and supports and educates governments, foundations and nonprofit organizations around the world on solving complex social problems and creating system change. He started his career as co-founder and CEO of Kennisland, one of the first social innovation laboratories in the Netherlands. Kennisland is a leading player in social innovation and acts as a change agent in the world. There he also started Kafka Brigade, a research organization that helps governments find, combat and simplify bureaucratic processes.
