Kim Gerlach is a business developer at Drivhuset Malmö and social entrepreneur herself. Her experience lies in sustainable fashion and she’s currently consulting sustainable fashion startups in digital and influencer marketing. Besides this, she runs a blog.
After having worked in a Big Four consultancy, Kim transitioned to a more impactful way of working. She worked for the startup ecosystem in Mainz, Germany and joined VinoKilo, a social enterprise for vintage fashion. After doing so, she graduated in the Master programme ‘Leadership for Sustainability’ in Malmö and became responsible at Drivhuset for developing social innovation within the startup ecosystem Malmö. Her current biggest challenge is impact measurement. Photo: Tam Thi Cao
