In many countries, new legal structures and certifications have been developed to inspire entrepreneurs to be more socially minded and accountable. In this session, we look into some examples of how this is done and ask if new company structures can encourage more social entrepreneurship. Is the boring stuff actually key to making it big? We meet one of Sweden’s first B-Corp certified companies, a politician and a representative from Social Enterprise Mark.
