Director and social innovation advisor @ Kennisland
Nora van der Linden is director and social innovation advisor at Dutch think tank Kennisland. Kennisland researches and designs social progress. We strive for a world in which social systems support people and in which everyone can benefit. Nora develops new approaches, strategies and interventions for complex social problems, always trying to achieve better outcomes for people who are less seen and heard in society. Problems connected to urban innovation, education and inequality are of particular concern to her. She has developed and been involved in various learning programmes, challenges, social labs, action research, and social innovation projects.
Nora is a member of the Supervisory Board of Stichting TOT, for talent and leadership development in the public sector. She is a member of the Advisory Council Graduate School Social Sciences (GSSS), University of Amsterdam, and she is a board member of Spring House, members club for social innovators. She has a background in sociology and philosophy of science.
