2020 has been a year of turmoil when social entrepreneurs saw their impact models and target groups face new challenges. At the same time these changemakers also have been shapers of new innovative ways to drive social progress and reinvent their own approaches.
This session focuses on how Ashoka’s and Reach for Change’s social entrepreneurs dealt with the crisis and how support networks around them were mobilized. We discuss how the pandemic might influence the social innovation field to evolve moving forward and look at trends of impact driven changemakers on the rise.
Join us to get inspiration from creative social entrepreneurs that quickly took action in the crisis and learn from practical examples of how intermediaries supported innovative initiatives to transition, take-off and succeed. You will also get a sneak peak of an initiated changemaker map of trends and networks of social innovation and entrepreneurship in the Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
