Imandeep Kaur

Throughout her decade-long career, Immy has focused on convening and building community, the role of citizens in radical systemic change, and how we together create more democratic, distributed, open source social and civic infrastructure. Through this work she has discovered much about economic justice and broader injustices, the pivotal role of land and social/civic infrastructure in neighbourhoods, and the value extracted from communities through our broken investment models. It’s an ongoing journey of discovery, emergence and learning together.

Immy is a Co – Founder and Director of CIVIC SQUARE. CIVIC SQUARE is a public square, neighbourhood lab, and creative + participatory platform focused on regenerative civic and social infrastructure within neighbourhoods. Immy is part of a creative and dynamic leadership team who work alongside the local neighbourhood, to offer a bold approach to visioning, building and investing in civic infrastructure for neighbourhoods of the future.

She is also an active member of Project 00.. Immy is part of the Doughnut Economics Action Lab Advisory Team, a Birmingham Hippodrome Trustee, a Birmingham Open Media (BOM) Board Member and an Inclusive Economy Partnership Board Champion, and the **National Lottery Community Fund Advisory Board.** Immy was a founding director of Impact Hub Birmingham, which was open between 2015 – 2019. Impact Hub Birmingham was on a mission to help build a fairer more equal and just city, through people place and open movements. On a voluntary basis, Immy also led and ran TEDxBRUM between 2012 and 2017.

Immy’s work has been recognised with a series of notable honours and awards. In 2018, Impact Hub Birmingham was named a NESTA New Radical. For her services to the city of Birmingham, Aston University’s School of Life & Heath Sciences granted Immy an Honorary Doctorate in 2019. And in 2020, Immy was awarded a prestigious Ashoka Fellowship.

Britta Timan 

Britta Timan är socionom och arbetar på stadsledningskontoret i Göteborgs Stad och stödjer kommunstyrelse och förvaltnings- och bolagsledningar i arbetet med ledning, styrning och utveckling av verksamheten. Britta har en lång erfarenhet från arbete inom det sociala området och har tidigare bland annat arbetat med strategiska utvecklingsfrågor inom området socialtjänst.

 

Admir Lukacevic 

Som 8 åring flydde Admir undan det jugoslaviska kriget. Han anlände till Sverige och ett segregerat bostadsområde i Landskrona. Sociala tillhörigheter spelade sin viktiga roll där han byggde sina drömmar utifrån sin omgivning, och redan där såg en del utmaningar som samhället stod inför.

Men också en del av lösningen. Idén kallade han IUG, Idrott utan gränser – där man matchade läroplanen för att introducera meningsfulla fritidsaktiviteter på idrottslektionerna i skolan. Målsättningen är att därigenom få barnen att bli sedda och bekräftade, öka deras självkänsla och självförtroende och få dem att nå kunskapsmålen och tro på sin förmåga. I dag når IUG närmare 20 000 barn i Sverige och har 18 heltidsanställda och ca 40 timanställda.

 

Nicklas Wallberg

Nicklas has worked with social entrepreneurship both in Australia, at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, and now in Sweden as Country Manager at Reach for Change. Nicklas is a board member of the Swedish National Advisory Board for Impact Investing, is a frequent commentator within the sector and will remark on the Government’s Social Innovation Strategy at the Social Innovation Summit.


Nicklas har arbetat med socialt entreprenörskap i Australien hos The School for Social Entrepreneurs och nu i Sverige som sverigechef hos Reach for Change. Nicklas sitter i styrelsen för The Swedish National Advisory Board for Impact Investing och är en frekvent opinionsbildare inom sektorn och kommer kommentera regeringens strategi för social innovation på Social Innovation Summit.

Lena Lago

Lena Lago is operations manager for the pioneering social company Basta. With Basta as a base, she has a number of assignments in the social economy. She also sits on Coompanion Stockholm’s board and is vice chairman of Skoopi.

Alexander Onica

Alexander Onica is Head of Fixed Income and FX at Skandia Investment Management in Stockholm. Alexander has worked in the financial industry since 1996, he started as a quant and moved into sales and trading, holding positions both domestically in Stockholm and in London. He currently manages the Fixed Income Portfolios for Skandia who is one of the largest pension funds in Sweden. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Frida Korneliusson

Frida Korneliusson is CEO and board member with passion for development of organizations and people. Overall responsible for Region Stockholm treasury including financing of the 123 billion SEK investment portfolio at the capital market. Board member in several organizations among them The Swedish National Advisory Board for Impact Investing, with the goal to grow impact economy. She was one of the initiative takers to the first Health Impact bond. An idea that started during her executive MBA year at Stockholm School of Economics 2015.

Mats Olausson

Mats Olausson was appointed as Senior Advisor to the Climate & Sustainable Finance team at SEB in February 2014. His primary responsibilities include tailored advisory on green and social bonds, sustainability linked loans and bonds as well as other sustainable finance opportunities to issuers, investors and other stakeholders. Within the Climate & Sustainable Finance team, Mats has provided structural advice to over 50 green and social bond issuers within various sectors and regions.

Mats joined SEB in 1997 as Country Risk Analyst and from the year 2000, Mats was SEB’s Chief Strategist for Emerging Markets. Prior to joining SEB, he worked for UNDP in Bolivia and at SIDA.
